July 7th was Tournament Day at Rampart.
In between rounds the ELV group made a visit to the Rampart buffet. The awesome manager, Ann Young did a remarkable job setting the
tables up for us in our own little private area. This was our groups second visit to the buffet. The first was July 2016 when we visited the buffet when we took advantage
of the $5 Senior buffet Rampart has every Tuesday.
Open for both lunch and dinner, the Rampart Buffet offers an alternative to fine-dining. There is something for everyone! The Rampart Buffet serves up popular dishes from every part of the globe, so there is sure to be something that will please your taste buds. The variety of food and great deals make this buffet is perfect for families traveling with children! Children under age three eat FREE and children from age four to seven get HALF OFF! A great bargain for parents!
With fabulous food stations focusing on Asian, Italian, Mediterranean, and American cuisine you are sure to leave satisfied. You can find everything from prime rib, pork roast, spare ribs, jumbo shrimp, crab legs, salmon, duck, and lamb! The Rampart Buffet has also been highly acclaimed by vegetarians for having some of the best selections for their diet. There is a wide variety of vegetarian options such as hummus, egg plant casseroles, steamed vegetables, spinach casseroles, potatoes, a salad bar, and more! Their desserts come highly recommended, as well. Their cheesecake has been compared to the likes of the ever-popular Cheesecake Factory, and some say it is even better than theirs! They also have sugar free dessert options, for those looking to meet their dietary needs.
They even offer some great Americana food with Hamburgers, & Hot Dogs. There may have even been Apple Pie !
They also have a Gelato station !!
What makes this buffet stand out from the competition are their Special Days and Nights. Wednesdays is Southwest Fiesta Night, Thursday is Deli Night, Friday features Seafood & Crab Legs, Saturday is Steak & Seafood Night and Rampart offers a Sunday Bruch from 9 am - 3 pm.
As always, service was fantastic. Everyone at the buffet is very personable. From the cooks to the cashiers, everyone is friendly and upbeat.
The entire group raved about the food and service.
