    Downtown Grand to Build New 495-Room Tower

    Just last month, it was revealed the Downtown Grand had big plans for its parking garage, located a short walk to the west, and now comes word of a huge upgrade on the opposite side of the resort.

    Cim Group, the Grand's California-based owner, intends to build an eight-floor, 495-room hotel tower on the porte-cochere side of the building, filling the entire stretch of Fourth Street between Ogden and Stewart Avenues.
