Default Caesar's fireworks one day early this year!

I get little bleeps from Caesar's all the time and I got one today
saying that they are going to have their big fireworks show one day
    early this year.

Seems they are going to have their big show on July 3rd this year.

I just thought some of you that might be going to watch their show
    would want to know.

I assume this is correct as my contact there did send it to me.

In 2004 we were in Las Vegas for the 4th of July. It was a Sunday that year and a few of the hotels did fireworks on the Saturday night (at midnight, so technically it was July 4th) and then Sunday night again.

Since its a Monday this year there will probably be a few things going on over the weekend for the extra crowds that weekends tend to draw.

    Kris,
Maybe you can check to see if they will still have them on the 4th. If not you can cancel your reservations and go downtown for a deep fried twinkie . you will save yourself a lot of money .

Good Idea Diane Roby is bummed though Vegas has limited Christmas Lights and decorations now the fireworks are a day early before we get there on the 4th but hey I say we are in Vegas let the good times begin and the tourny is only around the corner.

I can't remember which year it was but I remember the 4th being on a Wednesday (so it was a while ago) and I was over at the LV Hilton on the Saturday night. I was getting onto the monorail when Caesar's started their fireworks. The dust was just settling from them when I got off of the monorail and through Harrahs to the Strip. I thought I had missed them but they did them again on the Wednesday. So hopefully you will still get to see them Kris.

yes, it was on the news yesterday. Caesar's is the 3rd, and everyone else is the 4th. But they didn't give times.

Kris, last year the Mandy Bay fireworks weren't visible from the strip. We are atop Polo Towers and we could see the show at Caesar's but we couldn't see MB and we were closer to MB--we could hear it though.
