There used to be a lot of the Sigma Horse Race machines around The Strip and Downtown. Now, only the MGM has one of those machines. I wish that game was availible in more casinos.....it's usually crowded at the one at MGM.. I was told it is hard to get parts for the machine when it needs repairs...how can that be? Someone needs to start making the necessary parts to help bring these machines back......they're a classic, and it's so easy & fun to make friends while betting on each horse race. It's just a quarter a bet, and the machine holds your credits for betting, or drops the winning quarters.....no tickets......just like the goold ole days! If you've never played it, buy a roll of quarters and give it a try.

Couldnt agree more. It's a classic game. MGM has their machine running (all 10 terminals) running at full speed around 95% of the time. And, that's not bad at all.
You dont always get what you pay for... but you always pay for what you get.

Dinner shows. Upon arriving in our room, we would grab the phone and arrange to see TWO shows a night by simply reserving our spaces. At least this way, we were guaranteed a meal each night!

    Seeing Liberace and Elvis.

Miss the Dunes and Landmark. For some reason I always think of the looks of these places when I think of Vegas.

    Life is a gamble.
