Don't get me wrong, the Jersey Boys is a well done musical. You have lots of good singing, dancing and humor, but I was a little on the bored side. This story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons rise to fame is also kind of interesting, but yet I found myself yawning some.
I think, for me, it was as simple as this, I am not a huge Frankie Valli fan and could not appreciate this show like a Four Seasons fan would. Someone that likes their music would probably love this production.
Like I said above, it is a well done musical and I didn't hate it, but I didn't leave the theater super excited either. JMO
