Pasta Cucina at Palace station. Went there last January with Verdeman and Gail. Had a great meal. Prices were very reasonable.

I am probably going to use myVegas points to see KA. If you'd like to see a preview of the Cirque shows, I'd highly recommend renting "Worlds Away"...
