2006 Ratings, issued November 11, 2005 are based on personal visits by AAA field inspectors. No restaurant pays for a AAA listing. They are selected on the basis of merit alone. The Triple-A Diamond Awards are one of the travel industry's most coveted and prestigious honors. It recognizes establishments that have shown an ongoing commitment to superior service and exceptional standards of excellence during rigorous, unannounced inspections.

Glad to see the Italian Ristorante at the Riviera on the list. We've been there several times and have always enjoyed both the food and the service. Once when we mentioned we were in Las Vegas for our 35th anniversary the waiter brought out a huge slice of their Black Forest cake for us to share for dessert. The only others we've eaten at that made the list were Buccaneer Bay at TI and Delmonico's. Both of them were also very nice.:)
