steel framing? last night (november 18), the south coast looked pretty finished--all the exterior lights were on and you could see it from green valley. it looked just like the photos on the website. maybe you were confusing a nearby time share project with south coast, which, i believe, is on las vegas blvd south of the strip, not on I 15.

I recieved the same email. with the same prices.opening is new years eve. I joined the coast rewards program and they have quite a few good give aways. Looking forward to visit when I am in Vegas in early Jan.
