We're going to Vegas

We booked our flight for 10/6 - 10/10. Finally after almost 2 years. Just bought the plane tickets and now deciding where to stay.
At this point we have offers from Mirage and Bellagio. We are leaning towards Mirage. Anyone have any suggestions? We really like MGM properties and usually get great comps.
I am sure so much has changed in a few short years.
Enjoy reading everyone's TR's. I've picked up a few things that I'd like to do/see.

Congrats on your upcoming trip. How have you handled it with such a long dry spell?

I can't help you on the hotel selection. I'm a HET and Venetian/Palazzo man myself.

Like SteveSlot, I'm a HET and Venetian/Palazzo, uh, not a man, I'm a girl, hehe....... but I'd go with the Bellagio because it's such a nice property, unless I was getting a much better deal at the Mirage like more free nights, etc.

I hope you're not JUST reading the TR's as there is a lot of info in the other threads. Most of us just touch on our experiences in our trip reports; we get really down and dirty when we report on the restaurants, shows, hotel rooms etc. in our other posts - so be sure to look around and read the posts on other subjects that catch your eye.

The offers are comparable, I think we may stay at the Bellagio, since we have never stayed there. Still not quite sure.
I do read the other threads and have found out some great info over the last few years.
We've been to Vegas 11 times since 2002, but it seems that so much has changed in the last 2 years since we've been there. Can't wait to see it in person.
We usually hit the local racino's in Pa & WV to get our "fix". But it's time for Vegas!!!
