BillBoard magazine says he will start announcing dates on Friday the 11th.

I love Billy but dont care for Elton. I got tickets for Billy's Boston stop. I sat through two concerts with him and Elton and the Elton portion did nothing for me. Seen Billy so many times and Movin Out twice ,lol.
Im so glad Billy is out on his own this time.

I just made a quick run over to Billy Joel's official web site. It states he will be at the MGM Grand on April 8.
