It's Only A Day Away !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well after six months of planing, I am off to Las Vegas tomorrow.

Here is a list of some of the things we will be doing:

Thursday July 2nd.
Dinner at Penazzi at 6pm.
Human Nature at 8pm. Meeting Matt and Cardsmith.
(Hopefully, the plane leaves on time)

Friday July 3rd.
Dinner at Switch 7pm
BMG at 10pm

Saturday July 4th
Lion King at 4pm
Dinner at The Luxor Buffet at 7pm
Chris Angel at 9:30pm

Sunday July 5th
Amazed at 2:30pm..new show at The V Theater
HTZ at 5pm for dinner
"O" at 7:30pm

Monday July 6th
Members Meeting at Flavors at 11am..about 18-20 members should be there.
Hilton Steakhouse at 5:30pm
Voices at 7pm with Matt and Jane. I have two extra tickets..anyone interested?

Tuesday July 7th
ELV Slot Tournament at LVH..I can't wait.
Dinner at The Garden of the Dragon at 6pm. I just might have some extra comps.

Wendsday July 8th
Wynn Buffet at 4:30pm
Magic's a Drag at 7pm
Amazing Johnathan 9pm

I hope I didn't over-extend myself...I actually declined a few shows.

I admire your stamina to see so many shows. The most I ever did in one trip was three when my brother and I had our Las Vegas British invasion weekend a couple years ago. We saw The Who on a Friday at Mandalay Bay, The Rolling Stones on Saturday at MGM Grand Garden and The Beatle's inspired Love on Sunday at the Mirage. It was very memorable, but very exhausting. BTW, I look forward to meeting you and all the other members who are attending the meet and tournament next week.

Wow! Such a total 180 from my plan! May you be blessed with good fortune, good timing, decent traffic, and amazing stamina to be able to plan something like that and have any hope of actually pulling it off!
I've been a semi-pro bar band musician alll my life. The rest of the time I work in a shipyard with some really fun people in some really crappy conditions. So before I go to Vegas to relax, I spend a lot of time online to see where the live music is, and then just sort of loosely think about maybe being in that area some where near that time, as long as I don't get sidetracked by music elsewhere, or women partying at the pool , or drinking, or winning, or food, or ...heck, you know, it's VEGAS! Stuff happens...
and letting it happen, a couple of thousand miles from the usual responsibilities, is how I relax!
