Booked annual October Trip

Just booked 3 nights at TI October 12-15. Good plane fare ($130 from Denver) and $62/night for TI. Even cheaper than last year and I hate to wait till the last minute to see if the rates go down and then get frustrated when they don't. Even talked my mom and aunt into coming this year since they missed the girl's trip last year. You might think it's funny to meet up with my mom and aunt but they are tons of fun and go non-stop! They wear us out and are up all night!! Can't wait for the trip and would be on a plane today if I could!

Did you phone for that $62 rate at TI in October? I'm looking for 5 nights near the end of October and online they are quoting $99.00. It has dropped down from the original high of $119.

I got that rate from hotels.com. Not quite as good is if you go on the TI website and go under promotions and hit the TI Direct Advantage it gives you a 30% discount if you book online and for the last week in Oct it was $69/night. Hope this helps!

Sounds like a great trip. Have a great time. I would love to go to Vegas with my Mom, but we can't both seem to get out of town at the same time. Sounds like you will have a great time with them too. Enjoy!!

I always traveled to Las Vegas with my mother and two aunts, plus some of their friends. They were the best times. I had more fun with them than if I went with a bunch of my friends. My two aunts are gone now but my mother and I still go every year. She is soon to be 92, and luckily she is still in pretty good health. Even though she can't get around like she used to, we make good use of the shuttles. I treasure every trip I go on with her because I never know when it will be the last.

I agree with the fun factor. My mom and aunt can't be beat and usually outlast my sister and myself even though we're 20-25 years younger than them! I'm so glad to hear that you are still going to vegas with you mom. I have a feeling I will be doing it for many years to come, God willing!

Wahoo! I booked TI today (TI Advantage rate) for October 13-18. Maybe we can meet up while there. I'll start a meet discussion for my dates.

Just 96 days till I leave. Oct 13-21. And I am going with my mom and Aunt also. We will be staying at Harrah's for 5 nights and the moving downtown to 4 Queens for the last 3 nights.
