Many times I've read about the Spice Market Buffet the Aladdin being one of the best in Vegas, but when it comes to brunches, it seems it isn't so.It never appears among the top ones. I'm planning to go there on a
sunday, so I'd like to know why is that? Is there a difference in quality? I can't see any good reason for them to lower their standard for brunch. And how about the Steakhouse at Circus-Circus brunch? I've seen many good reviews on it.

IMO, the best Brunch and most expensive is the Sterling Brunch at Bally's. Maite D Illario takes very good care of my members if you mention the newsletter and me :D

The only other Brunch Eileen and I ever went to was the Brown Derby Brunch which we miss very much.

I have heard good things about the C.C. Brunch and also the Brunch at Guardino's at the Palms.

paulista, all I can say is I've had the champagne brunch @ Aladdin and I enjoyed it. It's the only one I know that also serves Bloody Marys and Screwdrivers and wine, as well as champagne. I've never had their dinner, so I can't compare.

some research I've done, I'll go for the CC Steakhouse brunch. I kind of liked the idea of a timed sitting.

Green Valley ranch has a good brunch and serves unlimited bloody marys, mimosas and chanpgne.

You really can't beat the Bally's Sterling Brunch. Expensive? Yes, but the quality is second to none. I had the Aladdin brunch once and found it to be pretty much the same as the normal buffet but with the additon of champagne. I love Aladdin's buffet and I love champagne, so I'd rate it pretty high.
