Crimson Fire.

The first two times I played it, I cashed out for $500 and $700 respectively. Since then I've probably dumped at least $2000 in them ...and nada, zip..you know the story. LOL

I have never had much luck on Wheel of Fortune. Now, on the dollar Wheel, I've done okay. But the quarter machines? Might as well light a match to a $20. I have much better luck on the Slotto machines at Mandalay Bay. Love 'em!!! Nickel slots!!!!! We walked out with nearlly $700 last summer at MB. All on nickel Slotto. We've heard that the casinos have really tightened up the machines due to low numbers of gamblers. Hope that isn't true. If they have, then there are other sure-fire ways to entertain yourself in Vegas. Gambling is not our Number One!!!

Any Black and White slots and the Monopoly slots take most of my winnings:rolleyes: when I play them.:(

They're all pretty much the same for me. I don't usually win much on slots, however I've never won on the three 7's slots, and I'm not thrilled about penny slots. I've played a few, but to no avail...:(

That would be any slot machine in Vegas right now. When we were there in February, there seemed to be NO CHANCE of winning anything on a slot machine!

The wife wanted me to say that the video machines were her nemesis. She likes the ones that look like reel machines, even if they all have the same guts nowadays. Says she can't win on the video games.:p

For me that would be "Flaming 7s". I have played that slot in every casino in which I've been; I've played every one of those slots in our local casinos. Both .25 and 1.00 slots...not a winning pull to be had!

Im definately going to have to agree with the very first post...those harley davidson machines...another machine that i have zero luck with is the wizard of oz. i keep going back to play because there is always a line of people winning and winning. i sit down and the machine laughs at me. yet i still play every time i go :D

I think I must be the unluckiest person going.
Doesn't matter which one I play, they all hate me!!!
Machines on both sides of me are giving up bonus after bonus,
but, not the one I'm at.
I keep trying, but to no avail.
Good thing my husband wins, so I can keep playing.

I've never done anything on the few penny machines I've tried over the years but the worst has to be the WoF "Super Spin" machine. My wife and I gave it a spin a few months after they came out (after the crowds died down a bit) at the Barbary Coast and...I might have just as well lit a match to the C Note.....I've run a couple of $20s through since....with NO luck at all. I'll stick with the .25-.50 -$1 machines in the future.

Now days, doesn't seem like any of the slots pay well. I really can't just pick one that doesn't pay out well, it's more like none pay well. Some I have absolutely given up on are the Cashman machines. They used to be a lot of fun when they first came out a few years ago, but now, I can't get them to do anything.
I still love Vegas, but the slots are not fun anymore. Way too tight, no matter where you play. Too bad.

What Slot Machine Is Your Worst Nemesis? This would be a slot machine that you never won on.

The WORST SLOT MACHINE OF ALL TIME ARE the 5 Reel, Tripple Red 7 Machines, they never hit anything. The Cashman Machines & The Video Type Tabasco Machines & Village People penny shots never hit. There is another penny slot machine that has the word "CLUB ________" and has a White guy with a Top Hat on it & that machine never pays out.

I think the real question is: What Casiono's have you Win Money at and What Casino's have you hardly ever won money at. What Casinos have the Tightest Slot machines.

It seems that when I gamble at any Harrah's Property I hardly ever win anything. The machines are so tight at Harrah's Properties I just will not play there any more. I live in Kansas City and refuse to play North Harrah's Casino. When we were in Vegas there was a lady on the Elevator with is at Balley's and she flat out said "If you want to win any money on a slot machine don't play at any Harrah's Property in Vegas" She suggested Gold Coast or Old Town or Barbary Coast & she said she has won at Four Queens quite a few times.

I think it depends on which casino you play at if the slot machine is going to pay out or not but I will say that Every Casino I have played a Tripple Red 7, with 5 Reels on the machine I have NEVER WON ANYTHING on that machine and this is my Nemesis machines. Now I just look at them and keep walking when I see one or laugh when somebody puts $100 into one because I know its going to Gobble up that $100 and give them Nothing !

I've never won on Megabucks...just kidding. My worst nemesis is absolutely the Wheel of Fortune $1 machines. I love all of the Wheel of Fortunes, but I never ever win on the $1 machines.

#1 - The Star Wars machines - I think they were nickels when they first came out. They had neat-looking graphics. I think I tried 3 or 4 times and never won ANYTHING - it was really frustrating.

#2 - Megabucks - I may have won a trifle on a couple of spins a few times over the years, but usually it just sucks my money right up. I used to "invest" $20 each time I was in Vegas just to try to become a multi-millionnaire but I've given up on that. Now I try the Wheel of Fortune machines instead. At least with those, you can hit the bonus round now and then.

Recently, The Wizard Of Oz, Life and Who Wants To Be A Millionaire machines have not been kind to me. So I just don't play them.

Unfortunately it always draws me towards it but the Monte Carlo machines--I love playing the .25 machines and hardly ever win anything to brag about--Even when I get the bonus spin! Also Jackpot Party--Gave up on those my last trip to Vegas in Feb--Played them down on Freemont Street--C:cool:

The slot machine that is my worst nemesis is the one the person next to me is playing, he or she keeps hitting and hitting and when its my turn to play it its empty.

Being a High Roller is a good thing, it doesn't mean your rich or poor, it means that you have contributed to this forum and you have lots of good things to say.

My husband actually called this machine my nemesis because I won so many times on it that I keep playing it and now it gets the best of me. It's the 3x wild 7's machine. The sevens are green, purple, red and yellow. There was a trip that I won on 5 different machines and it was at least 300 every time but like I said, not anymore yet I keep playing.

You can't. You have reached the post number that makes you a "High Roller." You should feel special. You lost no money becoming one and had a great time in the process. :)

Okay now I'm gettting worried because we pretty lost at all the MGM properties last time we went. DH won a few J/P on free play, but I deposited that and more right back. :( I was hoping to do better at some of the Harrah's properties. Yikes!

The worst slots as far as return on investment for me are the Penny slots and nickel slots. I've never won anything on them. Also, Megabucks; have never won anything on them either. :(

I don't even bother to try them any more because I suck so bad at the bonus round. You can book it that I'll choose the Party Pooper on the 2nd or 3rd pick.

Have never, ever won on this game.
I have not played it for a while because I just don't look for it - don't even know if it still exists.

I still blame Elizabeth Taylor.

any of those video penny machines. The only thing I've ever sort of done well on was the Gambler (Kenny Rogers) and they've taken most of them out of Sam's Town. I can't wait to play the gold fish machine, hopefully with some of you fun folks that love it. I want to find out what the attraction is to that one. Yes they have goldfish machines at Sam's Town.

Let's see... I've got a lot of them, unfortunately. Just about anything at Venetian. I love their rooms and restaurants, but I cannot keep my head above water there. Must be the canal... Put $100 bill in a $1 slot and went through the entire thing in under 5 minutes without so much as a single wild cherry. What a joke! Also hate: Wheel of Fortune, Monte Carlo, King Cash, Top Dollar (gasp!), Money Mad Martians, Fortune Cookie, Texas Tea, Super triple deluxe with cheese (or whatever it's called), Haywire, Cleopatra, Lobstermania, I could keep going. These are machines I specifically remember because 1) I have played them more than once and 2) I have never hit so much as a wild cherry or gotten a single bonus on them. Funny thing is, these seem to be everyone else's favorites. I guess that works well for everyone else: I lose all my money and they collect it.

Lately, can't win on the original Blazing 7's/ Might as well just stick my purse in them, and let them suck up the money! They just tease, and tease, one or two on a line, but the past 3 years nada!

I always joke that they have a great bank of slots in the bathroom. Just throw in ANY denomination and hit the 'slot' handle. Pretty similar set up to the casino floor. I also enjoy the joke about the coke slot machine, always a winner. Put in a dollar, get a coke. Could play that machine all night.

Wheel of Fortune, $1 and quarters, sucks up my money fast, but for some reason I just have to give it a try each time. Guess I like to watch the wheel go around and the players all seem to have a good time rooting for each other when the wheel spins.

The "Little Green Men" machines are fun, but the one in the big open doorway in the west end of The Freemont ALWAYS sucks me in.... and then just SUCKS!

And the 25 cent "Reel-Em-IN" in Quarks bar at the Hilton always makes me feel like the only Borg at a Romulan wedding...

Good advice for FREE!

Actually it is $2.00 on the room floors and usually $3 everywhere else! Just like you I crapped out on most of those slots while I was just their. Although at Excalibur I was making back very small amounts on Texas Tea, but it was a 1 cent slot, so maybe $10.00 Yippe to loose it eslewhere on my Birthday no less. Happy Birthday the machine said, so could they show me a ton of love? Nada, zip, zilch!

it's nickel video poker for me. I usually look for the progressive jackpots that are about ready to hit. I know about how high they all go, and if the vibe feels right, I'll play. I hit for $200 at the Eastside Cannery, and $500 at Sam's Town on 2 consecutive days, the week before last. They bought my new computer for me!
