I haven't been to vegas for a couple years and will be going in about 2 weeks. Can anyone recommend a cheap comedy show? I don't need anything fancy, just good comedians - did I mention cheap? Coupons are good too.
Thanks.

There are comedy clubs at Harrah's, the Tropicana, and the Riviera. There may be more. Most are reasonably priced and discount tickets may be available at half-price outlets. The Riviera offers a two-for-one printable coupon at this web address.

There is a 2-for-1 coupon for the Comedy Club at the Tropicana in SHOWBIZ and Whats-On magazine. Your best best is the 1/2 price ticket outlets as Comedy Club tickets are readily available there.

hello, everytime we go to vegas a few weeks before we go, We visit Billhere.com they have a 2 for 1 for the Harrah's comedy club you save about 27.00 per two for one they have alot of two for ones for other shows and NYNY rollercoaster coupon to save 2 to 4 dollars per person you just pay for shipping and handling alot of great offers. Plaza has a cheap comedy. The Tropicana was kinda bad the seating was like being at a soup kitchen:D :D . Theres also Mac King at Harrah's.

We saw Mac King last time out - OK so he's a magician and comedian - but boy is he funny I was almost crying with laughter - it was an afternnon show @ Harrahs! - We will be in Vegas over Chrsitmas and intend taking our three kids to see him as well (thier first time in Vegas). Just watch out for his cloak of Invisibility:) 19 days to go before we fly:cool:

Don't miss the afternoon Ronn Lucas show at the Rio. He is an excellent ventriloquist, complete with some very clever hand puppets. His humor is for all ages (including kids), and should not be missed. Also, a very personable individual. Great show.
Watch for discount tickets around the Harrah's Carnival area on the Strip.

Does Mac King change his act? I saw him 8 months ago and wondered if he ever changes his stuff?

If you're looking for a really funny show, try Gordie Brown at the Golden Nugget. His shows are about $35. His impressions are right on and very funny. He also is a good musician and has a great band.

Happy Holidays
This recent trip we went over to the Mac King afternoon show at Harrah's and it was well worth it. I think the coupons were around $9 per person which supposedly is for a drink. I know it was less than $20 for the two of us. He had a pretty good audience for the 3:00pm show and he had the place laughing throughout the act. Would recommend that you check him out and the afternoon shows are a great way to break up the day and you never have to spend a lot of money on them.
Enjoy

Saw Mac King for the first time in January. Great show for the first time. Could not recommend it more highly.
Very funny. The maigc may not be spectacular, but it certainly was magic to me. A lot of great slight of hand. If you can set closer to the front, just to be even better amazed.
A little bit corny, but we and the other couple we were with, would count it as one of the best AND cheap.

Nobody mentioned Larry Jones at Fitzgeralds! Under $30 per ticket. Amazing show. Funny and entertaining. He's very good at impersonations. Go and see him! :D

Went to Improv at Harrahs last time in Vegas. I was very disappointed in the show. I guess it really matters what comedian is there as they change about every week. The show was not very funny. I intend on seeing Mac King next time.

Happy Presidents' Day
There are a lot of coupons floating around for two for one for Funny Business and I believe that they are at the Aladin Hotel and Casino.
