Going back to Vegas for the first time in a year. This will be the longest stretch I've had without a Vegas trip since 1999.
I've switched reservations 3 times, each time winding up with a better room. Started out with a king suite at the IP. Found a comp for a go room at Flamingo, so we switched, Then recieved a king suite with free dining and some free play at Gold Coast, so we finally landed there.
Flying out Sat on Airtran out of Indy where we got some frasonable fares.
I usually spend a lot of time at the Gold Coast because of the good video poker. I have since found out from some of the blogs, that the availability of full pay VP there is not as prevailent as once was. I hope this is not the case. I also play vp downtown, southpoint , and the3 Strat. wo I am sure I'll have a good time.
We will go to the strip for dining and maybe a show, Maybe since the slowdown, the tix4tonite places will have more than the usual comedy and magic acts.
Also plan to check out Palazzo, since it was not yet opened when there last, also eager to see progrss on city denter, and Encore.
