Both are taking advance orders, the 2006 book is scheduled to be delivered by abut November 1st. I think Walmart.com is several bucks less than the official site.

The question was where to get the 2006 book. It is not out of stock, it hasn't been published and distrubuted yet. That is why they are taking advance orders for shipment at the end of November.
