are you talking about the AVATAR? or the SIGNATURE? or in the post as link in from other sites?

glad you figured it out.
so you were talking about the AVATAR (upper left corner image)
must has been a little big
The maximum size is 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).

So how do you get it to 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5KB? Do we have to resize in photoshop or photobucket accounts? Or do we do it on here?

Thanks Loser. I already have it, but unfortunately haven't really had time to figure out how to use it! I'll check it out again, but I don't recall there ever being a manual or how to use thing attached to the program. :confused:

click on file - open - highlight the file you want to resize - open
now with the image displaying
click on image - resize/resample - click in "set new size" circle then in the "width" rectangle put in 80 and hit ok
now file - save as

there you have it
let me know if there any problems (or questions)
