Trying to post and it just disappears

I wanted to put this on the Technical Thread, but it was not available for posting.

Has anyone else had this problem while trying to post?

I tried to preview my post before submitting it, and it sent me to the control panel and I lost my message completely. Then, I re-wrote it, and it told my I could not post because I was not logged-in, I re-logged and lost my message again before being able to post it. The third time was a charm, I was able to get my post onto the board.

I have had this problem other times. too. I have logged-in and then while navigating around the messages, my log-in seems to disappear.

Looks like this was posted without any problem. There have been no other complaints of this type so it must be something that you are doing but I am sure Hunter will chck into it.

Yeah, I've not heard of anyone else having this problem.

Can you post some details about your setup?

* OS (i.e. Windows XP SP2, Windows 2000 SP4, MacOS X 10.4.3)
* Browser (i.e. IE6, IE5, Firefox 1.5, Mozilla, Safari 1.2)
* Connection (dialup, cable, DSL)

Also, you need to have cookies and JavaScript enabled for the board to work.
