Leaving for Las Vegas Sunday. Noticed weather report for next week in the 80s. What clothing should I take? I would feel silly in summer clothes in almost November! Thanks.:confused:

We are leaving Thursday, Oct. 27 for the big V. We are taking jeans, short sleeve and long sleeve shirts, and jackets. The days will be warm but the nights are cool AND the casinos are always cold.

Hey Queen - we're also leaving tomorrow morning, and we're bringing both shorts and jeans, short sleeves and long. Covering all bases, as it were.

Folks in Las Vegas don't ware anything different than you do
at home when it's in the 80's...ware what you nomally ware.

Also, for this tieme of year, take along a sweater.
Great for a walk along the strip on those cooler evenigs, as well if you happen to catch a hot slot or craps table in a cooler or drafty casino.

Just got home on Thursday from Vegas, the weather was beautiful, except we did have two days of rain which was unusual since it had not rained there since August. Everyone was dressed casual, many wore shorts, jeans, a very relaxed atmophere, we had a great time, stayed at Treasure Island and the machines were very loose for us. Can't wait to get back there next October

Leaving for Las Vegas tomorrow morning. I am taking short & long sleeve shirts, shorts and jeans and a light jacket for the evenings. Like it has been said, the days are warm but the nights are quite chilly.:)

We just returned from Vegas on the 20th. It rained on our Vegas trip for the 2nd year in a row. We will not go back the 3rd week in October again. But I still love Vegas rain or shine. The forcast before we left home showed the Vegas weather was in the 70's during the day and 50's in the evenings. So I packed shorts, jeans/slacks and some long sleeved shirts. It never got warm enough to pull out the shorts. I was chilly in the evenings in all of the casino's and shows. I did wear a sweater over my short sleeved shirt most of the time. My cute little black dress that I bought to wear to a show and dinner was too cool, I ended up putting a shrug/sweater over that too. It sure took away from the look?
