The San Remo Becomes Hooters

I just got back from Vegas and work is underway. It's still signed as San Remo at this point, but they are painting the exterior white with big green palm tree shapes, and inside the casino they've added a new bar right inside the front door and a tavern style sports bar back in the area where the sports book and Money Club booth used to be. Decor apparently will be pine paneling just like a Hooters restaurant. The rest of the hotel was the same as before, but there are big sections of the casino and restaurants closed for remodeling. And they expanded out the back by the elevators to the Silver Tower to add a larger gift shop and sushi restaurant called the Bait Shop.
