Mamma Mia closing 01/04/09

This news made me sad. The rumours have been rife over the last two years that Mamma Mia would close but it looks like the end is definitely nigh. I've seen Mamma Mia in other cities and I've also seen the movie. None of them can beat or even equal the show in Las Vegas. It's a mystery why they would close such a successful show. I just hope that the replacement will be at least half as good as its predecessor. :(

:( My husband and I saw Mamma Mia last May. We absolutely loved it and planned to see it again next April. Guess we are out of luck. My husband talks about this show constantly and how much he loved it.

Hopefully you will get to see it in your home town Nanni. It seems to do its rounds although I still think Vegas is better, it could just because we're in a better mood because we're in our fav. city!
