I have just posted 10 new restaurant reviews in the Restaurant Review Forum.

Stve, while we always enjoy your restaurant reviews, how about some off-strip spots outside the hotel/casinos.
Las Vegas has some pretty good ones. Couple of examples are Tillerman on Flamingo, and Bootlegger, used to be on Eastern, now moved to the south end of the Strip, near the discount stores Mall.
This might add to the overall balance of your reviews.
