We had outstanding dessert souffles at Buccaneer Bay in Treasure Island a few years ago. I believe the choices were cherry, raspberry, and chocolate but can't remember for sure.

i really like the melting warm chocolate souffle at roy's hawaiian fusion restaurant on flamingo, just east of paradise. they have a $35 fixed price menu so you can sample their delicious food and the souffle is one of the two dessert choices you can pick.
enjoy. andrea from las vegas

The creme brulee of the day at Delmonico's is fantastic. The chocolate souffle at Pinot Brasserie is phenominal! Just make sure to have an extra 20 minutes or so when you order it!! Also the banana pie at Emerils New Orleans Fish House is excellent too!!

If this is the same Bread Pudding that they have at the New Orleans restuarant, then I would say even without having it, that it is the best! Commander's Bread Pudding is the best dessert I have ever had.

The sugar free lemon meringue pie at the Rio Seafood Buffet. Simply delicious. So light and the meringue is so fluffy. Flaky tender crust. You would never guess it was sugar free. :)

You MUST try the chocolate peanut butter passion at Delmonico's. It is to DIE for! Since you're there, have the ceasar salad that is prepared tableside. My husband and I had the best time there.
All Of Them At The Paris Buffet.
Try The Creperie Outside The Village Buffet At Paris Casino

Well...mine's Carrot Cake.....EVERYBODY has Carrot Cake, but it's
the FROSTING that separates the Carrot Cakes from THECarrot Cake.
I like the one I find at Toscano's Deli at The RIO.
RIO's rooms have refrigerators and I always have a fresh slice along
with a full 'Chug' of ice cold Milk waiting for me for that late nite/earlyAM
snack.

Does anyone remember the gigantic FLAMING VOLCANO dessert that was at the Range Steakhouse when it first opened? It was a classic.

All the desserts we have tried at Mon Ami Gabi are de-lish!

Not as fancy as any of the souffles but I'm real partial to the chocolate pecan pie a la mode at Terrace Cafe in Treasure Island. Also, anything in the display case at Ferrara's Bakery and Cafe (3rd floor, Forum Shops, Caeser's). They have a couple of tables next to a large window looking south at the strip. Fantastic! :p

There's places to find great deserts all over LAS VEGAS...
One of my favorites is in Mandalay Bay...'RAFFELS'.
After MAMMA MIA or a show at HOUSE OF BLUES it's a
great place with a 'killer' desert cart they run by you, sitting
in the back with the palm plants, coffee is great and they leave
a full carafe. Same side of the wall as the theatre, down past
the SportsBook.

My favorite is also the bread pudding at the Golden Nugget. Second favorite is the banana cream pie at Emeril's.

My favorite dessert is the "Special Cheesecake" (a.k.a "Chocolate Rugela Cheesecake") that you can get either at The Stage Deli in the Forum Shops, or at the Carnagie Deli in The Mirage.
For either restaurant, it's brought in from the Carnagie Deli in NYC. It's a dense, tall NY style cheesecake, with a layer of fudge and nuts (hazelnuts, I think) on the top, with a chocolate rugela cookie. Don't try to eat this after a meal. It's huge. Best to share, or get it instead of a meal.
