Wolfgang Puck’s Riva Is Now Open At The Pool At The Venetian Hotel Resort Casino

Wolfgang Puck’s newest restaurant Riva is now open for hotel guests on the pool deck of the 4th floor at The Venetian Hotel Resort Casino.

Set amidst the luxurious pools of The Venetian Hotel Resort Casino, guests may relax on the spacious patio while enjoying the delectable cuisine of RIVA by Wolfgang Puck. Beginning at 8 a.m. daily, Wolfgang Puck introduces his first breakfast service in Las Vegas. Guests may enjoy a variety of breakfast options including in the fresh fruit plate accompanied by vanilla yogurt or strawberry sorbet for $8; the three egg omelet with maple cured ham, Sonoma goat cheese, baby spinach, sun dried tomatoes and thyme priced at $13, lemon blueberry pancakes served with Vermont maple syrup, whipped butter and vanilla mascarpone for $11, the breakfast burrito made with scrambled eggs, white cheddar cheese, sausage, guacamole and sour cream for only $12 or the granola parfait with house made granola, vanilla yogurt and fresh raspberries for $8. The debut breakfast service is complete with a variety of bakery items including butter croissants, bagels, muffins and banana bread for $3-$5.

The casual, yet diverse lunch menu features signature items such as the Thai chicken satay appetizer for $11, crisp calamari priced at $13, Chinese chicken salad for $14 or the caprese salad with vine ripened tomatoes and fresh mozzarella for $13. Guests may also choose from a variety of Wolfgang Puck’s famous pizzas including the smoked salmon pizza topped with American caviar, Portobello mushroom pizza with spinach and Sonoma goat cheese or barbecued chicken pizza with sweet corn and red onions priced from $11-$24. There are a variety of panini sandwiches such as the Dijon turkey panini for $14 or indulge with the grilled Atlantic salmon for $18 and the grilled Black Angus burger for $15. A children’s menu is also available featuring items such as penne pasta with parmesan butter or tomato sauce for $7, chicken fingers served with celery sticks and ranch or barbecue sauce for $8 or three cheese pizza for $7.

Riva also offers a convenient take out window for lunch from 11a.m. - 4 p.m. In addition, a special assortment of drink selections allow poolside guests to cool off with the classic Mai Tai, Lava Flow, the Riva Bellini, Frozen Apple Martini and Wolfgang’s Watermelon Crush and the Prickly Pear Mojito plus more each priced at $10.
