If you are looking for a relaxing and enjoyable meal, try the Voodoo at the RIO. I called the hotel number two weeks ahead and made reservations for a Tuesday night. The lady who took the reservation suggested a time around sunset and said she would request a window table for us. When we arrived, we were immediatly taken to a window table. My wife had a mixed green salad and I had the French Onion soup and then we shared a single Witch Doctor Sampler (served hot) and a single Blue Water Seafood Platter (served on ice). You can have these appetizers in servings for one, two or more, but we found there was plenty with just sharing single servings.
The service was great, the view was great and the meal was great. After dinner we finished our champagne sitting in the couches on the rooftop and enjoying the view. Someone asks from time to time about a nice, romantic restaurant to go to. I would definitely recommend an early meal here and then relax outside afterwards.
