Hi all,
I need to get some advice on getting a deal at Bellagio .I want to celebrate my 25th around July 16-20, 2006. Do they ever put rooms on special or are there any coupons or advertisements. I am not a big time gambler obviously, but any help would greatly be appreciated. Ben

As a member of the MGM-Mirage players club I get emails regularly from their properties. As I'm a low roller at these properties , it's just not that much off, :( but occasionally there will be some decent rates for Belliago come through, like $120-130/night deluxe room with some little perks. We check Expedia and America West (now US Airways) a lot for Vegas vacation packages and sometimes they will have Belliago specials. Also try Southwest Airlines vacation packages.
I don't know if this is true for the Belliago hotel, but the LA times newspaper often has a section of travel to Vegas hotel deals that you can use no matter where you are from.
Belliago is a wonderful choice for your 25th birthday!;) Maybe with a little more play at MGM properties we'll start getting more offers, we would love to stay at Belliago one day!!

If you log onto the Bellagio website at www.bellagioresort.com, on the left side of the home page you will find a link to sign their guest book to receive special offers via email. Last May 5th we received their Summer offer which was good from May 30th thru September 14th. Rates were $99/night Sun. thru Thurs., $129/night Fri. & Sat. Those are great rates for the Bellagio and they don't limit those special rate offers to two or three nights as many of the other major resorts along the strip do. We stayed for 7 nights at those rates in August. Be sure to sign up for a MGM Players Club card as soon as you get there (get one for each of you and be sure to use them every time you gamble); then, before you check out, return to the Players Club desk and ask them to check to see if you are entitled to any "comps." They will swipe your card and, based on your play during your stay, determine whether you are entitled to any comps. We are not big gamblers, but always have our meals "comped". Hope this helps. Can't think of a more wonderful place to spend your 25th Anniversary. We love the Bellagio!! In fact, we will be returning for another week's stay to celebrate our 15th Anniversary in a few weeks.

My husband and I always stay at Bellagio. Sun-Thurs you can get a good deal with their $99/night rate. We usually take this rate and they also comped us 3 free nights and a dining guest card the last time we were there. Go ahead, treat yourself to your 25th! They are very nice and very helpful there. We love Bellagio. IMO...the classiest hotel in LV!

Sign the Bellagio guest book online. Though I have never seen a $99 rate coming off that, many times they will send a $149 rate with a free upgrade to a lakefront room. Book it early and you will be watching the fountians. I would say they offer a AAA discount on top of that, but I hear mixed things these days. Good Luck, you won't go wrong staying at the Bellagio, I love it there!

Ben, you're celebrating your 25th birthday, not a 25th anniversary, right?
Have you been to the Bellagio? Somehow it does not strike me as the first choice for a 25 year old guy to celebrate, I think more of Hard Rock or Mandalay Bay.
But if you've visited and would like to stay there the email sign up is the best advice. Also - i did not look when your dates fall in 2006 but if there is any way to avoid the weekend you will of course get cheaper rates.
Keep in mind staying at a high end hotel means everything is expensive. You will have to leave the property to get less expensive food, souveniers, drinks when you're not gambling.
Finally - any chance you will be in Vegas before the celebration next year? If so, make sure you get a slot club card and invest a bit in the machines at he Bellagio. That will also get you a few mailers.

Thanks to all of the replies. It will be my 25th anniversary. I wish it was my 25th b-day. Boy, would my wife be happy!
