Has anyone else tried this fine dining experience? I suprised my wife with show tickets to Le Reve and dinner here. What a great dining experience. I would love to meet the person who trains the staff there. They were all smiling, pleasant, and offered small talk if prompted. The dining room is very nice although they might need to do something about the wind noise. THe day we went was very windy outside and however it is designed, there is definately some annoying wind noise. You would never hear it if it wasnt windy. There is a nice bar/sitting area for before dinner cocktails. We had a table up against the window that looked out on the pool, but the day was actually cool so there wasnt anyone at the pool. The food was excellent. Nicely presented and very flavorful. I am not a spinach fan, but maybe thats because I dont know how to prepare it - I ate all the spinach that came with the dinner! It is of course pricey, but you should expect that if you are going to have a dining experience in the Wynn.

Anybody else have the same experience?

Haven't tried the place at the Wynn but enjoyed your comment about the spinach. We had a wonderful meal at Buccaneer Bay in T.I. a few years ago and my steak came with baked potato and a side of spinach:eek: . It was great. I hadn't eaten spinach for over 40 years since my folks forced me to. Of course it didn't taste anything like this either. I loved my mother, bless her soul, but cooking was not her forte.

I also really enjoyed Tableau. I had the tasting menu and wine flight. It ain't cheap, but it is good. Warning: their wine pours were pretty generous!
