What time on a Monday morning should we get to the Paris Breakfast Buffet so that we don't have to wait on line forever? (I mean we ARE from NY and are used to waiting on lines but it IS a vacation)

I'd have to say about an hour within opening. I've been there several times during the weekends but never on a weekday. You may be better off since it's a monday but if you get there an hour within opening you shouldn't have to wait too long! Cheers!! I love that place!

Wow, timing is everything! We're hoping to go to the Paris buffet for breakfast one day next week, so we appreciate the advice. I'm glad to see that others go so far as to plan their breakfasts like I do. T-5

You definately want to be there when it opens. Being on East Coast time that shouldn't be a problem for you. The line builds quickly so as close to opening is probably the best. The food is AWESOME! you will love it! It is a must do for every trip for us.

We have stayed at Paris many times and have eaten at the buffet many times. On weekends, forget it, we never eat at the buffet, due to long lines whatever time you go it seems.

During the week, for breakfast we have found the best time is around 9-9:30am and then the lilne isn't very long . Have fun

glad to see everyone enjoys the Paris Buffet.. the wife and I tried it on a Monday morn, no line, got right in, and went directly to food..but alas we were disappointed, would not go back. But they did have GREAT coffee!!.I think we drank more coffee then we ate food..thats about the only good thing we could say about it.

Back in late August, on a Monday morning, we got there about 10am and the line was pretty long--approximately 1/2 hour wait. I had never been to that particular buffet and I'd go back in a NY minute. They had a lot of gourmet items that the other buffets don't have such as duck sausage and imported cheeses. LOVED THE FRESH CREPES!!!

Ahhh, the crepes! We just got back. Got to the Paris buffet about 8:30 and basically went right in. The server was wonderful and the mimosas ate $0.99 before 10 AM. the food was delicious and sooooo many choices. The atmosphere was...well...Paris! We all had a great experience!
