This next trip will be one of the few times where I can try a Sunday Brunch. The last time I went to Bally's Sterling and would like to try something different.
My two favorite ones the Brown Durby at the MGM and the Santa Fe are closed.

Try Gardunos Mexican Rest. at the Palms. They have a margarita brunch on Sunday's I believe it's $14.95 per person (not sure if exactly that price). They have a wonderful variety of brunch items, not just Mexican. Try it out.

Jay,
If you have a car I strongly suggest checking out the Sunday brunch at Mira Lago Cafe in Henderson at Lake Las Vegas. We make a special trip out there every time we visit Vegas. The food is delicious and the view very, very nice. Tranquil...a nice change from the Strip.

The Champagne Brunch at the Golden Nugget I thought was very good. I think it was in the $16 area.

Whenever, we have the opportunity to get to a Sunday brunch we opt for the champaigne brunch at Main Street Station downtown. It is a great brunch for a very reasonable $11. Can't beat it.:D

Has anyone had the Palms sunday brunch? The price seems reasonable, just wondering how the food is.

Another unusual option is the Gospel Sunday Brunch at House of Blues in Mandalay Bay. They only have 2 seatings at set times. Supposed to be great live music and southern food.

The Palms is a great casino, but has a really bad buffet. If you want a basic Sunday brunch, try the Gold Coast or it's sister property the Orleans. Both are off strip but they offer a free shuttle from the Barbary coast.
If you are downtown, we have enjoyed the Sunday brunch at the golden nugget.

The Gospel brunch at the House of Blues is worth doing. You are paying for the entertainment, though. The food is nothing to write home about, although it was passable.

I will post this for others on board ... know it is a little dated.
Last year on a trip I joined their slot club and played a little Video Poker to get a needed amount of points on the card to get a free buffet. Their sunday brunch was the best I have had in Vegas... price for free too.... steak, etc...

If you go Downtown, the Fremont has a pretty good brunch buffet. On 3rd and Ogden, there is the Triple George Grill that has a good selection for brunch.
I hope these help you.

Keep in mind (re: Gospel Brunch) that it truly IS a gospel brunch. It's not just toe tapping music (though it's wonderful) -- it's out and out testifying, calling to the audience to stand and praise the Lord, etc. All fine, but if you are put off by that sort of thing, you may be uncomfortable.

A very nice change of pace, and the food is wonderful!

Yes, it's lots of fun. Seatings are at 10am and 1pm. We had one of the tables for 4 and that was fine. The default seating is long tables that seat 30.
I agree with Lori R that the food is pretty ordinary, but they do have a few unusual dishes to give it a Southern flair. You are paying as much for the entertainment as for the food.

We will be staying at the Rio for a weekend soon and are wondering which Harrahs brunch is the best. We have about $700 in Harrahs comps so price is no object. We are not concerned about the champagne as we are not drinkers, just the food. Our options are Rio, Harrahs, Ballys, Paris, Flamingo or Caesars.
