View Full Version : Eiffel Tower for Lunch

Does anyone know what sort of menu the Eiffel Tower Restaurant offers at lunch? And are reservations required at lunch? Normally, we hit up the Paris buffet for lunch, but I was thinking watching the fountains would make a nice change.

Not for me. Mon ami Gabi (sidewalk cafe) not for me either.

Nothing at either place appeals to me. Overpriced with snooty service.

The fountains of Bellagio are quite beautiful. Watch them and go somewhere else to eat.

What is an RSVP ? In the context use, I assume it is a reservation ?

I didn't have lunch at Eiffel Tower, but did enjoy dinner in August. Yes, it is pricey. But the food was incredible and the service was excellent. I didn't find it snooty at all. Our waiter was gracious, attentive, informative and appreciated the fact that we were savoring the experience rather than rushing through it. We had reserved very far in advance and had a window table overlooking the Bellagio fountains. The best view I saw of LV during my first trip. Of the four very expensive dinners I had on that trip, this was my favorite. One of my travelling companions on that trip is returning there this Monday for dinner with his parents.

This was the best dinner I have ever had, period. Best service, best view etc... I will be submitting my TR and my review of the Eiffel Tower when I get back next week. :D
