I have not eaten at the one in Las Vegas, but had lunch once at the one here in Chicago. Good food (I had a burger). Prices were a little steep, but it was an enjoyable meal.

I've eaten at the Capital Grill in Boston several times. Each visit has been an exceptional experience. Service is top-notch, food is scrumptious! Gotta get the creamed spinach - TO DIE FOR!!! :D

I have eaten at the Capital Grill in the Fashion Show Mall. My girl friend and I went over to the mall to eat after playing at the Wynn. I didn't realize we were going to such an upscale place (wanting a little more than the food court). We walked in in our short pants and beads from the strip ( we were a bit under dressed for a Friday night). They welcomed us in and we had one of the best dinners we had ever had in Vegas. The food was great but the price was a bit steep, luckly I had just won a good some over at the Wynn to pay for it. It turned out to a very pleasureable dinner and the staff was friendly and helpful.
