you can find the name of a "host" by calling harrah's and speaking to the player's club. ask for a host and they will connect you.

This is my host at Harrah's. He's very, very helpful. Give him a call at 1-800-588-1794. I think his extension is 126 but I could be wrong. This niumber will get you the operator at Harrah's. Just ask her to put you through to Ed Ford. Tell him that Clyde from Marshall, Illinois sent you.

P.S. I'll be in Vegas in 10 days, not that I'm counting.
