Can anyone recommend a good Chinese Resturant or buffet thats on or near the Strip?? We will be there with another couple who need to watch their budget, so would like to find a good chinese resturant/buffet and steak place. Thanks!

Catch the free shuttle at Barbary Coast to Gold Coast. They have a Chinese Resturant, also a Chinese menu at the coffee shop. This is good inexpensive
food, You can see the menu at the Gold Coast web site. Victorian Room at
Barbary Coast also features a Chinese menu.

Have a nice time in Vegas.

Ming is of the best Chinese resturants in Las Vegas and it is not too expensive.

Try the Monte Carlo, the restaurant is on the right side as you enter from the strip, I can't remember the name, but try the steamed flounder. Also the Joyful House on Spring Mountain road. Actually there are a lot of Chinese restaurants on Spring Mountain road.

For the steak part of your question, walk over to the Ellis Island Casino and get their $4.95 steak special. Its off the menu, you have to ask for it. I hear it is very, very good! They also have good prime rib and other dishes.
