I know, I know what a strange week to go. My sister and I are treating my 2 21 year olds for graduation. Will be staying at Treasure Island. I heard the gaming isn't so great there but, the deal was pretty sweet and I figured that hotel would be a good compromise for all of us. My old butt just wouldn't fit in at the Palms, ya know? I got them tics for Thunder from Down Under; any other suggestions? We love football and are looking for a great sportsbook to hang out in and maybe meet others on Sunday.

I don't know squat about sports books but...
I've always like the one at Caesars. It's to the Right of the front door,
between PURE and the Colosseum gaming area...real easy to find, huge
area with plenty of BIG SCREENS, and its close to t.i.

The Venetian sports book is good.

Hey Debpaco hopefully we can get a little mini-meet. I kind of like the slots at TI, have done OK there, also like to slip into there Keno area for a breather and try my luck at picking numbers (never had any). I am not %100 on this, but from what I remember Excalibur had a open roomy sportsbook.

Hi all! Can't believe the trip is this weekend.....:D Dee, we are so jealous we wanted to go to Lucky Cheng's too! Budget is not allowing everything we want and somehow my 2 daughters wanted to go see Thunder from Down Under go figure! LOL! So it sounds like several of us are in town this weekend, if anyone can come up with a sports book locale, for Sunday perhaps we should plan on a drink together!

Deb have you checked out Goldstar Events goldstar.com. I got a great deal. Typically I do not like to buy tickets in advance and never full price after the O debacle several years ago, but I think I am always in the mood for dinner and a good laugh. We leave tomorrow morning, let me know if/when and where to meet.
