A few years ago on Monday nights, a really cool group of musicians played at the Strat. The lead singer is named Storm. Anyone?

I think you are referring to the Huck Daniels Review though Lawrence T is their lead singer. They have had a long time gig at Images lounge @ the Strat on Mondays beginning at 10:00PM (more like 10:30PM).
