I can't remember where I got this information but I read somewhere that somebody was playing slots at Wynn and they either tried to smoke or asked for some cigarettes and they were not allowed.
Can anyone clarify if this is true?. Thanks

There is smoking at the tables at Wynn Las Vegas.
There may be certain tables that are delagated as non-smoking tables and perhaps that's where this info could have came from?
Wasn't the Silver City, when it was open, changed to a non-smoking casino?

You're right, Steve. Silver City went non-smoking. I guess it was an experiment to see if it would work. Bye-bye Silver City!

Used to love to go to Silver City!...since we are non-smokers. it was a nice place to play..and we always won there!..oh well., guess the experiment failed. Sam's Town is a nice place to play and not very smokey, as it fairly wide open and seems to have good ventilation. I know its a bit off the strip, but worth the free shuttle over there to enjoy good gaming and they have a full bank of JOB machines that offer 100%+ payouts..have had some luck on those as well as the VP machines along the wall on the second level..and not very smokey up there!

The MSS seems smoke free even though it is not. Very high ceilings and ceiling fans do the trick. The fans over the bar are an especially cool horizontal configuration. I guess you would have to see them to understand what I mean.
Oh well....take a couple days and go to Vegas! ;)

I smoked while playing the slots at WYNN and no one said anything...
...course I was sitting next to Dennis Leary too which might have helped.

Where, other than Gold Coast and Orleans, can a table player ask for a free pack of cigarettes?

Was at the Wynn on opening weekend and again in August. I smoked there, both at the roulette table and at the slots.
