Are the odds better for $5 slots compared to $1 slots? If so, by how much?

I remember reading an article saying that the players odds increase as the denomination of the slot increases. So the players odds would be the lowest at a 1-cent or nickel machine then they would at a $1.00 or $5.00 machine.
To specifically answer your question: Based up my personal experience, the odds are more in your favor if you play a $5.00 slot than a $1.00 slot. But the bottom line is you still have to be lucky when you play.

I've heard that the higher the denomination, the higher the odds for the player. This would speak well for $5 over $1.
I'll likely never know, though, as $5/spin is a bit rich for me, especially in mulit-coin games. :(

Short answer. YES. Odds depend on the casino. Sometimes 2 to 3 percent.
But you have to put in a lot more money to get a hit. I only play $5 when I am waaaay up.

Well, I'm just thinking that when I'm on a downtread at the blackjack tables that occasionally happens no matter how good you are playing basic strategy, perhaps my $5 - $10 a hand may go a lot further on a short journey on a $5 slot machine. Pehaps I'll try this on my next trip in November.

The HOUSE doesn't have to keep as much of YOUR MONEY to
make the amount of THEIR money they want on the higher denomination
slot...IF your bankroll can handle it, play the $1.-$5. slots.
