Restaurant help

I need suggestions for a really nice restaurant that isn't stuffy. It is for my daughter's 21st birthday. She wants to go somewhere that you don't have to worry about laughing too loudly,etc., because we're a lot of fun!:D Has anyone been to the Eiffel Tower restaurant? My wife likes the description she has read. Stuffy or relaxed?

What about Mon Ami Gabi @ Paris? Put your name in for a patio table & play a little in the casino near it. Outside is great - people watching at its best, fountain show & with the right people can be an extremely fun time. Since it is outside - diners seem a little more relaxed & spirited. Also, great food & service!!

I second Mon Ami Gabi, very fun if you can sit outside even better, service and food were great and you can see the fountain show across the street
