My wife and I will be visiting friends in Los Angeles in January. We plan to make a side trip to Vegas for a couple of nights with our friends. I usually stay at low to mid priced hotels such as Ballys, Rivera, IP and LV Hilton. I wanted something a little nicer but didn’t want to pay to much more $$. Is Mirage a good choice? Any info (good or bad) on room quality, restaurants, casino or service will help. I haven’t been any further than the volcano since 96.
