it is downtown. owned by a woman or women. caters to folks who like the rough, tough. you can find the exact address in the yellow pages or on switchboard.com by entering the city/state and the name of the place.

Hi - The original Hogs & Heiffers is in the meat-packing district of NYC and is legendary for the brassy female bartendes that jump on the bar and pour liquor down the throats of willing guys and generally just get about as raunchy as you would want them to. The movie Coyote Ugly was based on H&H (which means that the Coyote Ugly Bar at New York New York is a knockoff named after the movie, while Downtown LV is getting the real deal!) Original owner is opening up in Vegas and wants to capture the same atmosphere there as in NYC. It's on Third Street across the street from the Lady Luck. HAVE FUN!!

I knew that Coyote Ugly at NYNY was a knockoff when I got kicked out (of the entry line) for wearing a Confederate Flag t-shirt with sleeves cut off . . . . . H&H prides itself on no dress code. Git R Dun . . . . I can't wait.

I have visited three times since it opened earlier this year. My mom and I came down to the Grand Opening held over the Las Vegas Bikefest week. If you like motorcycles, or just a relaxed atmoshpere, good music, this is the place.

Otherwise, George's also opened recently right next door. Pretty good food, and live piano bar nightly.
