I know Ann, fenway68 and Gregrio will be in Vegas towards the end of June. Maybe we could meet for a coffee?

I will be at the TI from June 20 - July 4....

Doris I thought that was you!!! I missed the meet in your suite for some reason, but it doesn't surprise me you ended up in LV. I believe it was 2001, the world was different then!!

I brought slot machine pins for everyone one year...not sure it was that "meet though." I think that was the year BigBadBob brought the Slot Machine Angel for a prize. I have an angel but was one that Bob and Jenny gave to me. That night I won a Chicago restaurant cook book that Q brought. :)

OMGosh Scott, I forgot about that! I was to let you know if there was less than 10 in the group! There was a full group of us though which is why it had gone out of my mind! I feel so bad now, I'm so so sorry! The boneyard was great (they only take a maximum of 10 people per tour because it the curator has to open it up and do the tour herself). It's sad to see all those signs just lying around. They are trying to get enough money to restore them all eventually so people can give donations or pay to go and see it. Two more Vegas loving UK girls here. We're going out 7th-22nd June but meeting up 20th-22nd with cousins from Phoenix who will be in Vegas so won't be able to meet up this year. We go for two weeks each year in June so maybe next year we'll be able to join you or anyone else for a chat.

I've spent a week reading all these Trip Reports, never found them before and they make a great read and now I can't wait for Thursday to come around.

This year I'm making loads of notes so wait for my report when I get back. In the meantime if you're in Frontier Bingo we may be there if cousins are on the tables or up to their eyes with the kids. Two 40somethings (actually 52 but like to think a few years younger!!!!), both blonde shoulder length hair and probably wearing M&S stuff. Look out for us and introduce yourself. Not too many Brits at Bingo looking confused at times. I sure will be sad when this place closes. We've spent many a happy hour here, too sad for words.

Anyway have a fantastic trip and I'm getting more excited the more Trip Reports I read. The Jackpot Parties are calling from across the Pond, particularly Treasures of The Acropolis!!!!!!!!!!

be in the Frontier bingo at every given opportunity so I will be sure to look out for you. When you get there, there is a woman who sits at the table straight facing the caller. She is around 70 (but looks GREAT for her age) with shoulder length red hair - her name is June and moved to the States (now Vegas but stayed in a few places beforehand) from Scotland about 30 years ago. You should give her a shout, she goes to the 11am session and the odd time will go to the 1pm one too. She is LOVELY! I can't wait to see and chat to her again - my mum and her could talk for Scotland! Oh I still think I'm 17 (I'm not! ha ha) so I will be wearing whatever 17 year olds will wear (not quite, but not far off it lol) but my mum will be wearing M&S so look out for us in case we miss you - you can see my avatar pic and my mum is 4'8" with white hair... you can't miss her! ha ha

We are in Buckinghamshire. Many miles from you and obviously love Vegas as much as you guys.

We shall go quite a few times to Bingo I expect and will try and find June so she can tell you we've been there. Whether or not we get there the last couple of days of the holiday is anyone's guess as the cousins will be around and I don't expect they're into Bingo at all.

I take it you know you can get a Funbook each day at The Frontier with a free u-pick 8 coupon in it.

Last year out of four times (3 sessions each) in a fortnight we won $1,200 between us which was a great result. Hopefully we'll all be lucky this year and then next year it will be gone, so, so sad.
