If you are at the Paris and want some good food at reasonable prices, Le Cafe ile St. Louis is a good bet. The night we were there they had a prime rib special at $14.95. It included all the trimmings. It was very good and was more food than we could eat. We got out spending less than $35 including drinks and tax. Some items on the menu are expensive, however.
One note: they don't serve pickles with their hamburgers. I'm a big pickle fan and that turned me off on the burgers.
