We're spending our last night in Vegas (April 4th) at the Red Rock Resort and plan to have dinner there, too. Can anyone make a recommendation for one of Red Rock's restaurants? :)

I've heard good things RE: several restaurants there. I go there (to the jobsite on its' property) nearly daily for my work. Just havent been inside all that much since i've moved here.

The buffet just got an award by a local food critic. For the station casinos, i think the R.R. Resort has a lot of class. It's got a great open-air feel to it. Some of the others i just dont care for at all.

Getting back to the food, this is 2nd hand info -- but have heard the SALT LICK BAR B QUE is awesome. My boss, who is italian, has told me that their italian eaterieis top notch. Again, sorry for the 2nd hand info, i just havent dined there myself as of yet.

I have eaten there twice, once at t-bones chophouse and once for the buffet. T-Bones, is very good, very tasty and there wine menu is HUGE, my wife is the wine drinker and she said there was enough on there for anyones taste. The menu is just like any other higher end steakhouse, prices were steep, but what do you expect, we payed $390 after tip but that included 2 filet mignon 2 apps, salad, and desserts, as well as a bottle of wine, on the cheaper end though, wine is anywhere from $40-3000. The buffet was great, we loved GVR buffet and in my opionion this is better, not bad prices either I think it was 16.99 with you boarding pass card, not bad for the selections you get.
