"V" Theater renovations

Good news for everyone. The "V" Theatre at the Aladdin is finally getting much needed renovations.

Glad to see that:) . This theater has some very good shows but was definitely the worst place we've viewed a show since the magic show at the old San Remo many years ago. Thanks, Steve, for the newsletter update.

I am hearing that they are expanding the stage area and moderinizing it.

I sent an email to the promoter that runs all the shows at the theatre telling him that the seating needs to be improved also. To me it looks like that will be a major project.

Well it all sounds great to me...guess the prices will go up a bit too.
Funny...as uncomfortable as those damn little chairs are, and as
tightly packed in as they put ya...I completely forget about it when
FAB FOUR MAINEA comes on stage! The improvements will be nice though...

You're right Greg, the shows are a great distraction from the uncomfortable seats.

This is what I do..There are what I call high-top chairs scattered along the back and sides of the theater. They really aren't that far back and it raises your viewing point so you see the entire stage are without having to adjust your position when the person that is sitting in front of you moves.

The only problem with those seats in the back is that you are very close to the bar area and the bartenders and waitresses are very inconsiderate with their loud voices.
