Poker rooms

I am going to LV next weekend. Any favorite poker rooms?? staying at the IP.
I am a small to med player. Also did anyone play in the $50-$75 texas holdem tournys at the IP????

I like the poker room at Harrah's. It's closed off and non-smoking. The wait staff is reasonably attentive. They deal small limit games, which I like since I'm pretty small-time.

My son tells me the Luxor has a good room and he's enjoyed playing at MGM.

I will try harrahs. I have played at the Luxor and it wasnt too bad, but it is a little far out of the way for me on this trip. The only other place I have played is the IP. Their poker room was pretty new last time I was there. I was told I would get 3 comp dollars per hour played. Played for 4 hours two seperate nights and got zippo comps. Dont really care much about that but they made it a point to tell me that when I came in. I played there about 6:30 pm which was a great time both nights. The reason was the room is/(was?) right by the showroom for the impersonaters. Guys would drop their wifes off at the show and come play poker. Most of these guys would stay on just about anything. If I caught a big hand they would pay me off every time. I am going to try this again I will let you know how it goes.

Harrahs poker room isn't much for comps either. They do $ 1 per hour comps in food. Woo hoo!!!

I may try the IP when I'm down there, thanks for the tip.
