Haven't seen Paula Poundstone in a while but always enjoyed her work. The book sounds like it would be very good, and I'm pretty sure we will get a copy for ourselves. Incidentally, we purchased the book of another female comedian, Rita Rudner (Naked Beneath My Clothes), after her show at NYNY a few years ago and it was hilarious!:D

Paula has always been a favorite of mine. She was a regular here in
the Bay Area for a long time...very sharp woman. She's a regular on
PBS weekend radio "Wait, Wait Don't Tell Me"...........always enjoy that
Show as I'm sruffin' the boards!

I'm going to see Paula here in the Chicago area on February 17. I'm really looking forward to it. 've seen her TV specials and think she's really funny. After all her personal troubles, I'm glad she's cleaned herself up and is performing again.
