I was very disappointed with the Las Vegas coupon section. Most of the coupons can be found in any tourist magazine and one has to assume that the Hooters coupon will not be valid too much longer.

Hi Westie!!

Look like CP has decided that Las Vegas doesn't need their magazine anymore. Has CP Magazine gotten to big for their britches?? Lots of coupons from other locations, but for Vegas it suc_ _. I can get better coupons for Las Vegas by walking down the strip!

Just one man's opinion, though.

To add insult to injury there was maybe 1 story, all the rest were press releases from various casinos. How cheap and lazy of casino player.

HAVENT WRITTEN IN THIS BEFORE, BUT SEE I WASN'T THE ONLY ONE "HUSTLED" INTO THEIR BOOK WITH CUPONS,
TERRIBLE, & LIKE SOMEONE SAID YOU CAN GET SAME THING OUTTA WALKING THE STRIP,
OR MAGS, LIKE "WHATS ON", FOUND AT MOST HOTELS,
YEA IF ENOUGH PEOPLE BITCH, IT MIGHT DO SOME GOOD,ESPECIALLY IF NEXT YEARS SALES OF BOOK GOES DOWN,
BUT THEY GOT ME FOR LAST TIME, & I'VE BEEN GOING TO VEGAS FOR 30 YRS, YOU'D THINK I KNEW BETTER

Add me to the growing list of people who have expressed dismay at this year's funbook. I will not be renewing my subscription.

As a former writer for Casino Player, I sent an email directly to the Publisher of that magazine and I am sure he will make changes for next year.

IMO, I don't think that the lack of coupons is a reason to cancel your subscription. It's still the top of the line publication in the gaming industry.

Steve - I think we have to agree to diagree on this one. Emails have been sent to customer service personnel and Adam Fine which have been ignored. The best way to send message is to hit them where it hurts (i.e. the bottom line). Just possibly someone in that organization will get the message.

For those wishing to register their disappointment here is a list of contacts:

I got a direct reply from Adam Fine today and I would not be surprised if he responded about this issue here. I will say that the reasons and possible solutions to this issue were very well addressed in Mr. Fine's email to me.
