I was just wondering how many of you have play progressive slots and won.
I hit one at Harrah's. It was a "nudge" machine. I saw 2 jackpot symbols on the line and the third was down one line and it "nudged" up and I won over $1000.00. It was the first time I ever hit a progressive.

My Hubby won on a progressive nickel machine at O'Sheas. He selected his machine because it was closest to the TV to watch the Detroit Red Wings. He won over $500.00 on a double diamond 5 line machine.

What have your won? Where? On what machine? :)

Won almost $3,000 once on a quarter progressive on a riverboat in Bossier City a couple of years ago. I was speechless. Didn't believe it at first. But I don't play progressives much. They usually don't pay enough small pots to keep you going. :(

:) In 1998, I hit for 28000.00 on a 25cent 5 times pay progressive. Hate 5 times pay machines, but was waiting for hubby, plunked in another $20 and lined up all 3 5 times symbols. In June at Ballys, playing $1 quick hit blazing 7's and hit the progressive for 1055.00. $30 later, same machine, hit progressive again. Couldn't believe it.

Hit on a 5 cent bonus dolphin game here at Harrahs in St Louis for about $2800 last year . Also hit on a 25 cent In The Money machine for $2500 or so at the same casino . Never have hit one in Vegas though . Maybe this time (6 days to go :o )

The Most I Ever Won On Them Was $250. On Wof....don't Play Them Much. We Were Watching Someting On The Travel Channel That Said That You Don't Get Much In Points On Your Slot Card With Progressive Machines. Can That Be Right? I Always Put $20 In A Wof...just In Case!

over the past five years, i have hit a few. once at mandalay bay on a quarter machine, i hit for $3600. since then i have hit on royals, penny slots and nickel slots. nothing as great as a megabucks win, but all over $1000. it can happen anywhere, any time and on any machine. for the most part, however, i have better luck on non-progressive jackpots. personally, getting a W2G tax form isn't necessarily good, unless it's for millions. so i stick to video poker and low denom slots.
