I'm gonna be in Vegas for Thanksgiving. I'm British so I have no idea what I'm looking for as far as what to eat. What does a Thanksgiving dinner consist of? and most importantly what restaurants do you suggest?

Thanks alot.

Not sure where to eat for a Thanksgiving meal in Vegas, althought I'm sure you'll find one. Ask your concierge at the hotel where you can get this meal. The meal should consist of:

Roast Turkey
Bread stuffing
Mashed potatoes
Sweet potatoes or Yams
Cranberry sauce
Broccoli, carrots, green beans, or any other type vegetable side dish
Gravy
Buiscuits or warm dinner rolls
(This is a traditional type meal)

Yummy!

Please see the posts above for the contents. I am there a lot over Thanksgiving and just about every buffet and restaurant offer the traditional fare....so shouldn't be a problem finding it!!!

But - you might want to make a reservation. i've heard that there are very, very long lines for the buffets and coffee shops on thanksgiving. Now is not too early to get a rezervation.

I will be there on Thanksgiving and we have reservations at the Prime Rib Loft at the Orleans (which will have turkey dinner as well as prime rib!)
